Jing founded Core Action Consulting and co-founded Value Fusion to help ABA and behavioral health business owners build successful and sustainable businesses. She is an entrepreneur passionate about helping owners and their leadership teams transform their companies and build lasting value.
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, former Pinnacle Business Guide, and Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Jing leverages her deep expertise in behavioral science, business operations, business and leadership coaching, and exit planning to guide ABA and behavioral health business owners in achieving sustainable growth, clinical excellence and financial strength.
Driven by a deep desire to help others, Jing founded, grew and successfully sold both an ABA therapy company and a special education school. She proactively scaled her business by implementing a Business Operating System, which dramatically calmed the chaos, strengthened her company’s culture, aligned her team, and significantly enhanced financial and operational performance.
With over three decades of clinical experience, and more than twenty years of hands-on business ownership, operations, consulting and leadership coaching within the ABA field, Jing brings unparalleled expertise to her work. She intimately understands both the joy and challenges faced by those dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism or other developmental disabilities. She relates deeply to entrepreneurial burnout, operational complexity, and the profound rewards of running impactful ABA businesses.
